Sage Franch is the co-founder and CTO of Crescendo, a Slack app for inclusive company cultures that helps people have meaningful conversations at work. After graduating from both Techstars Montreal AI and Next 36 last year, Crescendo now has offices in Montreal and Toronto, and is helping companies across Canada and the US foster healthy communication in their workplaces. Prior to founding Crescendo, Sage worked on emerging tech at Microsoft, including conversational AI and Hololens, and has contributed code to startups and non-profits across North America, with a focus on AI for good.
