Ginette Gagnon (she/her)

Trained as an actuary, Ms. Gagnon worked in this field for nearly ten years before pursuing her career within IT organizations. She has held senior management positions, including Vice-President at CGI, General Manager at Aimia, and member of the Executive Committee at Aeroplan. Since 2014, she has been involved in coaching leaders and entrepreneurs. She also sits on boards of directors.

Passionate about management and leadership, she enthusiastically shares inspiring experiences, proven tools and best practices in the field. She draws not only on many years of experience as a leader of large-scale teams and as a coach, but also on scientific research.

In 2017, she published the business book L'INTUITION | CARTE MAÎTRESSE. She regularly writes articles on her blog, as well as specialized blogs, such as Revue Gestion.

She is certified by the International Coach Federation, as well as accredited by Team Coaching International. She holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Montréal (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University (1990).
