Ernest Yale

President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Triotech

Mr. Yale is an entrepreneur at heart, and even before finishing high school he became an expert at developing his own video games, which he sold all over the world. Triotech, founded in 1999 with two partners, is his third company, and he has been its president since day one.

Mr. Yale led Triotech's transformation from a regional arcade game company to a global market leader in digital attractions. Today, Triotech has more than 320 rides deployed in 50 countries, and 22 million people experience one of its attractions every year. Mr. Yale is the inspiration behind the company's vision and strategy, and remains closely involved in product and content design, as well as business development.

Triotech is now recognized in its industry as a leader, having won prestigious awards including the "Brass Ring Award - Best New Product" from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions in 2013 and 2014, as well as the "Impact Award" in 2014. The latter award is presented to the new product that the jury believes will have the greatest impact on the industry in future years.

For the past two years, Triotech has been directly involved in a cause close to its heart, Camp Papillon. Triotech deploys its 200 employees for a full day of chores at this camp, which welcomes exclusively handicapped children.

Ernest Yale graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal. His passions are scuba diving, photography, travel and transforming the theme park experience by developing the world's best digital rides.
