Avant son succès au sein de PasswordBox, elle a investi dans Anomalous Networks, un développeur de gestion de dépenses en télécommunications en temps réel, et a été membre de son conseil d’administration, a occupé le poste de vice-présidente des ventes mondiales de la compagnie de télécommunications Hostopia.com et a été la propriétaire et dirigeante du fournisseur en arts graphiques MD International, avant sa vente.
Elle siège sur plusieurs conseil d’administration incluant Mila.
