Karen Walker (she/her)

Karen Walker has been in your shoes. As employee #104 at Compaq Computer, Karen helped lead the (then) fastest growing – and fastest to $1 billion in revenue – company in American history. After working at Compaq for fourteen years, with annual revenues growing to $15 billion, she left to begin her consultancy.
For the past two decades, she has been an strategic advisor, coach and consultant to high level leaders facing growth at lightspeed — supporting outcomes including IPOs, acquisitions, dramatic market share increases… Karen’s clients include startups, Inc. 500 and Fortune 500 firms.

Karen has a B.S. degree in engineering from Texas A&M University and attended Columbia University for post-graduate studies.

She resides in Jupiter, FL, although she can most often be found aloft in seat 2C.
